Roberts Radios
It’s been noted in Recent Royal photographs that her Majesty the Queen not only utilises Tupperware, but also that the Duke of Edinurgh, Prince Philip has a trusty and fashionable Roberts R9962 radio. Is it likely that sales of both products have considerably increased as reported by the press in 2003 as a mere coincidence? I think not. You may have pondered the question “Why does Prince Philip choose the R9962 model from all the possible selection of Roberts Radios? Possibly due to it’s reliability and reputation, manufactured by one of the pre-eminent British manufacturers of radios, but also this particular model has a plethora of wavebands, allowing radio station signals from all over the world to be received - so that no matter where the world takes you, you’ll always be able to listen to the BBC World Service.
